We are looking for the CX-Leader, CX-Enabler or CX-Personality in different categories. The application phase is now closed and the evaluation by the jury is in progress. The award ceremony will take place as part of our CX1 WORLD CONFERENCE on September 21, 2021. The nomination of the winners will begin at 12 noon. Benefit from unique feedback from the experts by participating and receive an exclusive free ticket to the online conference as part of your application to experience even more insights and deep dives in keynotes, master classes and customer experience roundtables.

Category A

CX-Leader

For a successful registration you select your industry and go through a short question process about your company and your CX strategy. The final decision will then be made by our jury and you will be notified approximately one week before the award ceremony.
Category B

CX-Enabler

If you apply for one of the enabler categories, we would be pleased if you could collect as many votes as possible for your company via a LinkedIn survey and therefore prevail against your competitors to win the award. You will receive more detailed information after your application data has been entered.
Category C

CX-Personality

Apply or nominate a person that made a significant contribution to furthering the relevance of customer experience in the discourse or has implemented exciting CX projects that are particularly worth mentioning.

What awaits the winner?

If our jury decides to choose you as the winner, you will receive an award and a certificate for your website in addition to the opportunity to receive a prize. 

The winners of the CX-Enabler section will also benefit from a speaking slot on the CX1 2021, while the winners of the CX-Leader sections can look forward to 5 tickets for the CX1 2021 and a one-year free membership in the CX1 Alliance.
